Truffle Dinner 8th August

Celebrate all things Truffle and see why French gourmet Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin called truffles “the diamond of the kitchen”.

We have been working with Parada Hills this year and they are located about two hours west of Sydney high up on the Western Slopes of the Great Dividing Range just southeast of Oberon.

It’s cold out here in the winter and never gets really hot in the summer. They have a very similar climate to the top truffle growing regions in Europe. The heavy frosts in winter really enhance the truffle perfume..
