4 course set choice menu $95 or $125 with unlimited sparkling wine (1.5hrs)

Gougere, feuilletine onions, gazpacho verrine

Entrée ( choice of)

Housemade chicken liver parfait with cornichons & croutons

Salt & pepper calamari with tartar sauce

Chargrilled Garlic & butter Prawns, fennel & watercress salad

Hervey Bay scallops with cashew, chives & lemon butter

Main ( choice of)

Hiramasa Kingfish, crushed potatoes, fennel, radish & snow peas slow, sauce vierge

Duck leg confit, gratin dauphinois, petite frisée salad & Port wine jus

Pan Seared Market fish, ratatouille, roasted cherry tomatoes, lemon butter capers & parsley

Black Angus eye fillet (200gm, marble score 2+), French fries, Frenchies’ signature sauce
