What the packs come with:

Pork tenderloin heating instructions:
- Step 1: Take Pork , out the fridge for 1 hour prior to cooking
- Step 2:Fill up a pot with warm water ( running water from the tap)
NB: Make sure the water doesn't get too hot.
- Step 3: Place the unopened Pork bag in a pot and keep it until hot.( 8 min)
- Step 4: When Pork is hot, open the bag. Dry the pork tenderloin.
- Keep the cooking jus
- Step 5: In a medium pan, seared the pork for 3 min on each side
